人才培养

为了计算机工业的未来，我们的愿望是让那些有潜力的学生能够选择计算机科学作为他们的主科并且能够获得最好的教育。因此，微软亚洲研究院与高等院校合作，为在计算机科学方面有天赋的学生联合推出实习，学者奖及其他学术计划。
在过去的几年里，微软亚洲研究院每年在香港的大学里面挑选了超过12个实习生，而且数量还在增长中。
